How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Does it work on all fur types?
Our tools are tested on short coats, long coats, double coats, and the mysterious tumbleweeds that appear from nowhere. Each product page lists what it works best on — if you're unsure, email us your pet's breed and we'll tell you honestly.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 30 days to try it. If you're not happy, contact us for a return or replacement — no interrogation, no hoops.
Is it safe for my pet?
Yes — our grooming tools are designed for comfort and we test them for gentle use. As with any grooming tool, use light pressure and let your pet warm up to it.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Lost it? Email support@fluffhero.com and we'll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, absolutely — email us as soon as possible and we'll sort it.
